Trust gives you three different ways to meet these people – Reflective Leader Dialogue, Executive Leader Dialogue and Executive Leader Dialogue with MD Mentor. The groups in these dialogue programmes are carefully put together to give you maximum yield.

You take part in discussions and gain new perspectives, honest criticism and good advice. At the same time, you ‘give yourself’ and contribute findings from your own everyday world.

You practise strategic thinking and become ever better at communicating thoughts and ideas. Simultaneously, you become bold and find it easier to shoulder the burdens that every leader has to carry.

Each programme runs for half a year (3.5 hours every month).
