Leading technology developer
got strategic marketer
Axis Communications develops digital video surveillance systems. To consolidate and develop a market-leading position, a new manager was needed in the marketing department.
Well-defined requirements profile
A rapidly expanding company required an alert and creative marketing department with a new manager who would have to quickly understand his or her role as a team leader and as a strategic sounding board directly under the marketing director.
Charlotte lifted the marketing department
A meticulous requirements profile, Executive Search and personal tests led to Charlotte Löffler Ivarsson. Charlotte demonstrated her suitability by rapidly lifting the department to the desired level.
Tough market position
Continental Bakeries North Europe needed strengthening to improve profitability, defend its Swedish brand and consolidate its position as market leader.
New sales manager
To handle the challenges, a new sales manager was needed. A meticulously defined requirements profile, with great emphasis on expertise and personal qualities, guided the process to Gin Longo.

Who can pilot an arena?
Helsingborg’s arena is one of the most modern in Sweden. It is a gigantic investment in sports, concerts and other major events. The municipally owned company that owns the arena wanted an MD with the ability to develop operations and ensure the brand was known throughout the country.
The arena is a living structure for active, modern people. An MD would have to function well in both the spotlight and in the grey of everyday operation. Building a requirements profile was a challenge that had to start from a blank piece of paper. The views and expectations of many people also had to be satisfied.
When everyone agreed on the requirements and on the qualities to be looked for, Executive Search (supported by advertising) kicked in. Mattias Lindell was appointed MD and Helsingborg’s arena is now going from strength to strength.

Where leadership is seen and scrutinised
A major municipality is a turbulent workplace. Many demands have to be reconciled and political targets achieved. Leadership is under constant public scrutiny.
Now and in the future
Some 6,500 employees place severe demands on their 250 leaders. Our assignment is to oil the machinery via designed leader development. This has to reach targets and increase job satisfaction – immediately and in the future.
Leader development is a constantly ongoing process that calls upon very many of our specialities. In consultation with the client, a programme is designed for both individual leaders and groups. Everything is focused on satisfying both organisational and personal targets.
Stepping into shoes and winning new laurels
Kronoberg county council has 5,000 employees. The communications director has a key role. A successful communications director had to be replaced. Under his or her own steam, the successor would have to build on the director’s past achievements.
Insight provided the right path
Trust knew the customer, how its operations worked and the cultures at various levels of the organisation. With this knowledge, recruitment could be streamlined and cost-increasing faltering avoided. Maria Granath was appointed in September 2012.
Trust’s long-standing collaboration with Kronoberg county council continues.
Seniors and youngsters with shared targets
Doro is a market leader. Its mobile phones for seniors have won prizes. Doro’s products are sold in over 30 countries on five continents. The company’s success is built on a unique collaboration involving a team of experienced seniors and creative youngsters.
#1: Welding the groups together
Team development is a question of building understanding for individual people and shared targets alike. Trust designed a development programme that had both leaders and the team at its centre.
The team’s targets became clear. The individual members understood each other’s roles and became aware of their own importance. Team work acquired focus.
#2: Recruiting a sales manager for Denmark
The Danish market needed a person who could single-handedly manage and develop sales from a home office. This had to be achieved in a phase where growth was required during an economic downturn.
New customers immediately
Good analysis and research produced a hit straightaway. Martin Rudi was appointed and immediately delivered two new customers.
#3: Recruiting a French-speaking finance manager
Trust was given the job of recruiting a finance manager for Doro France. He or she would be based in Lund, Sweden, and had to be of French origin and speak French fluently.
Headhunting gave results
The profile was extremely demanding and the right candidate had to be widely experienced. Headhunting led to a French woman who had lived in Sweden for several years and who had the required expertise.
Hitting the ground running
Dina Försäkringar comprises some 30 local companies. The brand’s strength is based on values that are shared by Dina Försäkringar’s companies, board and senior management team. In a situation with many challenges and changes, a new MD was required. He or she had to be a leader with experience of the industry and able to act immediately without a long running-in period.
Gunilla Svensson was appointed in October 2010. The changes were implemented faster than anyone had dared hope – with consensus reigning amongst all the affected parties.
The collaboration with Trust is continuing in the shape of individual leader support for the MD, individual sessions for employees, management group development and recruitments.
